If for any reason you are not satisfied with your new purchase you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt. This does not apply to custom or made to order rugs. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

An item must be returned in original condition with no damage or soiling. Please enclose the original packing slip, noting on the back the reason for the return and the action you wish us to take. Return shipping must be prepaid by you, the customer, with insurance for the full value of the item within seven days of receipt.

The sizes of machine made rugs may vary up to two inches, but hand made rugs may vary in size up to six inches.

Items are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground, with the exception of some oversized pieces which may ship via common carrier. Shipping charges include delivery to your home in the continental United States. Shipping charges will be more for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all international destinations.
